Terms of Service

Last updated: 4 June 2026

Welcome to Tara. These terms govern your use of Tara at yourstara.com and our apps, operated by Safari Tech Pvt Ltd. By using Tara, you agree to these terms.

What Tara is

Tara is an AI voice companion for warm, everyday conversation. Tara is an artificial intelligence — not a human, and not a licensed professional.

Important — Tara is not a crisis service. Tara is not a substitute for professional medical, mental-health, legal, or financial advice, and is not an emergency service. If you are in distress or danger, please contact your local emergency number or a qualified helpline right away.

Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old (and meet your region’s age of digital consent) to use Tara.

Acceptable use

You agree not to:

AI limitations

Tara’s responses are generated by AI and may be inaccurate, incomplete, or not suitable for your situation. Use your own judgement and don’t rely on Tara for important decisions.

Subscriptions & payments

Some features may require a paid subscription. Prices, plans, and billing terms will be shown at purchase. Payments are handled by our payment provider; store purchases (App Store / Google Play) are also governed by those platforms’ terms.

Your account & content

You’re responsible for activity on your account. You retain rights to what you share; you grant us a limited licence to process it solely to operate and personalise the service, as described in our Privacy Policy.

Disclaimers & liability

Tara is provided “as is,” without warranties. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Safari Tech Pvt Ltd is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from your use of Tara.

Termination

You may stop using Tara at any time. We may suspend or end access for violations of these terms or to protect the service.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.
